The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and the homes in the area were mostly built in the 1900’s; however, has continued steadily through a gentrification process in the recent years, which has infused the newly rehabbed homes with the old.

Access to the downtown area is as easy as ordering an Uber, which runs around $6 - $8. The house is also conveniently located close to the highways should you need to travel outside the city.

The Smart Roku TV is setup to stream online tv services such as Youtube TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime.

The thermostat is smart and there is an alarm system in the house that can armed or disarmed. The security cameras outside are primarily used when the house is vacant.

Children are welcome but the house is not child proofed.
